From its manufacture in Cleveland, OH, to a printshop in Chicago, Il, to an elderly man's basement in Sturgeon Bay, WI, to the Keoxa Artists Guild in my hometown of Winona, MN, to my current home in Santa Fe, NM: 2076 miles and 128 years later, 3000+ pounds of lead and cast iron have arrived in my life. Since August 2012, we have been working on the press and transporting it from Minnesota to New Mexico. Extreme forklift and transportation generosity was repaid in beer, coffee and doughnuts. Many people put their back into getting this thing here and putting it together. We pulled our first print in late October 2012...and we've been buzzing ever since.
